We're going to be upgrading our primary database.
During the maintenance the Falcony application will be just showing notification that the application is on maintenance mode. It will not be possible to see or update any data on the services while the maintenance is ongoing. The Falcony BI database will be available during the maintenance. For organizations using real-time database updates it might take ~10 minutes after maintenance is over for the data in the BI database to start updating normally.
We expect the maintenance to take to take around 30 minutes. For some time after that the application might have some timeout issues and slow page load times while all the caches warm up.
