We will be upgrading the BI-database server from Postgres 10 to Postgres 14. Based on our testing we are not expecting this upgrade to cause any issues to any PowerBI or other BI connections. We expect the update to take an hour and the connections to the BI-database may be failing during the maintenance.
The web application and other integrations will be working normally during this maintenance event.
